Directions for Use

Dilution ratios below are for 1L trigger spray bottles. Once you’ve added the required amount of Bio Tech GTX 10 FF concentrate, slowly top up with water. Some foam may spill out – this is normal.

General Cleaner

  1. Label bottle: “General Cleaner”
  2. Add 100ml Bio Tech GTX 10 FF Concentrate
  3. Top up with water

Bathroom Cleaner

  1. Label bottle: “Bathroom Cleaner”
  2. Add 150ml Bio Tech GTX 10 FF Concentrate
  3. Top up with water

Ovens, Heavy Grime, Stains & Carpets (Deep Clean)

  1. Label bottle: “Deep Clean”
  2. Add 200ml Bio Tech GTX 10 FF Concentrate
  3. Top up with water

Windows

  1. Label bottle: “Windows”
  2. Add 30ml Bio Tech GTX 10 FF Concentrate
  3. Top up with water

Tiles & Floors

  1. Add one capful of Bio Tech GTX 10 FF to a 5L bucket of lukewarm water and mop as usual.
  2. Do not use hot water – heat kills the enzymes.

Tough Odours (Cat spray, dog vomit, etc.)

  1. Use the Deep Clean solution
  2. Spray generously and leave for up to 24 hours
  3. Wipe with clean water only once the odour has completely disappeared

Shelf Life After Mixing
Once diluted, use within 2 months for best results.
Industrial instructions recommend discarding sooner due to repeated topping-up; for home use, a 2-month shelf life is perfectly suitable.
