Orders for 2024 have closed and will open on 10th Jan 2025, for collection mid Feb 2025.
Credé Flaxseed Oil is the richest, vegetable source of Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for brain development and joint health but are easily damaged by heat, sunlight, and even contact with air. Credé’s Flaxseed Oil is stored in a brown, glass bottle to ensure that its flavours, aromas, and nutrients are never damaged.
Primarily used as a nutritional supplement, Flaxseed oil can be added to smoothies, soups, or taken as is. The oil is perfect for adding plant-based omega 3 fatty acids to your diet.
Our cold pressed flax seed oil comes in a certified Organic (LACON) version, and is made from the seeds of the flax plant. The seeds are cold pressed to ensure that the temperature sensitive poly unsaturated fats (Omega 3 & 6) are preserved. Flax seed oil has a distinctive nutty taste and aroma.
KEEP REFRIGERATED:
Flaxseed oil is highly sensitive to heat, light, and oxygen, and this is why it's been bottled in dark containers, and when stored, it must always be kept in a refrigerator. Any oil, such as Flaxseed oil, can become rancid if not refrigerated, and in order to safeguard its nutritious fatty acids, exposure to any of these elements can rapidly cause spoilage.
