The OhMega Crunchy Peanut Butter is made from dry-roasted crushed Peanuts, and enriched with omega-3 rich flaxseed oil and a touch of honey to make it more nutritious and flavourful. Aside from their wonderful taste, OhMega Crunchy Peanut Butter is free of the hydrogenated fats, salt, and sugar found in most commercial peanut butters. Nut butters are a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre. They are delicious on toast, in smoothies, with fruit and cereal or simply on their own by the spoonful.

Locally made nut butter that contains no sulphites, palm oil or any artificial additives. The nuts are simply roasted, ground and bottled.
