Food grade bio-enzyme kitchen cleaner for schools, canteens, restaurants, hotels and resorts. Spray and wipe surfaces with microfibre cloth but no need to wipe the solution off the surface. It is beneficial to leave the residue of the cleaner on the surfaces.

Contains fat, oil and grease cleaning technology using enzymes to digest the dirt instead of moving it around.

Floors and walls in food based areas: 100ml of RTU liquid in 10L of water in a bucket.

Every other kitchen surface: use neat in a dedicated spray bottle supplied by us.
