Ingredients: Organic Cold-Pressed Hexane Free Castor Oil,200ml

Usage:

  1. Soak a cotton flannel with castor oil
  2. Place the pack over the inflamed organ, and place a towel over that
  3. Lay down and relax with the pack, place a hot water bottle or heated bean bag on top
  4. Start with ten minutes at first, and work up to an hour
  5. Once done you can use baking soda and water to remove oil, or take a shower. (Castor oil stains, so use old clothes and towels)

It’s best to do the castor oil packs 4 nights consecutively, once a month. 20 minutes, increase in 10 minute increments until 1 hour is reached.
